Taking a trip

Heading for Hood

Just a short note to tell those interested that my SO and I are on a trip hither and yon, visiting relatives, sight seeing and loving the wonderful scenes along the way. We have such a beautiful country. Heading for TX to see if we can catch a glimpse of greywar before heading back to MN. Take care all and thanks for your interest. I will continue my saga around mid-Sept.

Hi greywar,
I tried to call you after getting back to our motel last night but you probably had the vacuum cleaner roaring.

We are still 100 miles from Killeen. We checked motels online and my, my most of the moderate priced motels were all full but we did get one reserved in Killeen at Holiday Express for Friday, Sat and Sun. We will call when we get settled in. The call will come in pm in case you had to work the night shift. It is now 3 am. Friday . We did get a nice room here in Hillsboro just north of Waco. I can't sleep. Guess I am excited to see my little boy.
